Our Legacy

A Rich History of Faith and Service

Clyde Central United Methodist Church draws on 226 years of serving our community ever since Rev. Samuel Edney established the Methodist Episcopal Church at the home of Jacob Shook in 1798.

Throughout the years, we have grown and evolved, but our commitment to serving God and our community remains unwavering. From our humble beginnings, we have witnessed countless lives transformed and have been privileged to be a part of numerous inspiring stories.
